Terms & Conditions

Every booking is for a fixed 1-hour slot, with a maximum of 2 hours per user per day. Slots open for booking up to 30 days in advance.

A slot is confirmed only after full advance payment is received and verified. Until then it may be released to other players.

Accurate name and ITS number details are required for the players joining you. We may refuse entry where the details do not match.

Please maintain silence inside the courts, use the dustbins provided, avoid spilling water on the flooring, and switch off lights before leaving.

Any damage caused to the property or equipment through negligence or misuse may be charged to the person who made the booking.

The premises are under CCTV surveillance at all times.

The arena operates from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Namaz breaks apply between sessions. Certain slots may be blocked for maintenance.

Players use the facility at their own risk. The arena is not responsible for personal injury or for loss of personal belongings on the premises.
